The Ritual
Simple is hardest. Get these four right and you'll never need another cup.
Fresh cold water to a rolling boil. Don't reboil.
1 tsp per cup. Scale up by cup count — not by strength.
3–4 minutes. Longer goes bitter. Trust the timer.
Milk and sugar, lemon, or straight — all work. It's your cup.
The Story
Classic Chaos is sourced from a single estate in Upper Assam that's been tea country since 1863. The leaves are plucked only during the second-flush summer window, when flavour peaks.
We don't blend it. We don't cut it. The pouch you get is the estate's own orthodox batch — the way tea was meant to taste before the industry flattened it out.
