Eligibility
Refunds are available for unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging.
Process
To initiate a refund, email us with your order number and reason. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Opened or consumed products cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.
