Tasting Notes
Grassy Himalayan green, bright mint on the exhale, a subtle sweetness that finishes like cold river water.
First-flush green leaves bring fresh, vegetal notes.
Peppermint delivers that clean menthol finish.
Spearmint softens it with a touch of sweetness.
No lingering bitterness — just a bright, clear finish.
Ingredients
Two leaves, nothing else.
The Ritual
Gentle is the secret. Green tea punishes impatience.
Water to 80°C — just before boiling. Rolling boil will turn it bitter.
1 heaped tsp per cup. No more, no less.
2–3 minutes. Watch the leaves open up.
Straight, no milk. Try iced with a sprig of fresh mint.
The Story
Mint Riot came out of a hot August afternoon when the team needed something loud but lifted. We walked into a Darjeeling field, grabbed a handful of wild mint, crushed it over a fresh batch of green leaves and knew.
Each pack is finished with a final dry-blend of peppermint oil-bearing leaves so the aroma hits you the moment you rip the seal.
