Spill operates spillnow.in, the content, and the storefront. We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate but cannot guarantee every detail is current at all times.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is taken through a third-party processor; we never store raw card details.
Intellectual Property
The Spill name, logo, product photography, copy, and site design are owned by Spill Tea Co. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or resell.
User Content
If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content in connection with our products. Don't send anything you don't want us to use.
Acceptable Use
Don't try to break into accounts, scrape the site aggressively, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service for anything illegal. Responsible security disclosures are welcome at security@spillnow.in.
Warranties and Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
